Yellow tea


Using the conventional yellow tea production method, the freshly and naturally cultivated tea leaves are made into green tea, 

and then smoldered yellow using the unique processing technique that increases the theaflavin in the tea leaves, thereby offering a fresh and sweet taste.

Its name is derived from the strong sugar cane aroma together with the yellow tea color.

Degree of heating and drying:0%

Recommended serving temperature : 90-95°C

To avoid damaging the catechin contained in the tea : 70-80°C
